The nucleis were extracted with hypotonic buffer. The chromatin was sonicated in Qsonica Sonicator in nuclei dilution buffer. ChIP-DNA was immunoprecipitated with LARP7 or TRIM28 antibody, and protein G Dynabeads were loaded the reaction to further purify antibody-bound chromatin DNA. ChIP-seq Libraries were prepared using TIANSeq Fast DNA Library Kit (TianGen, NG102).
