Cells were crosslinked with 1.5 mM ethylene glycol bis(succinimidylsuccinate) (EGS) (Thermo Scientific) for 30 min at RT and subsequent fixation by adding 1% formaldehyde. After 10 min, fixation was terminated by adding 0.2 M glycine. Nuclear pellets were prepared for ChIP. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions.
