MM1.S cells were fixed with 1% formaldehyde and nuclear extracts were collected. IRF3 was immunoprecipitated after shearing the chromatin below 500bp and pre-clear with protein G beads. IRF3 bound DNA was collected after reverse cross-linking. Libraries were prepared using NEBNext kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs) according to manufacturer's protocol
