THP-1 cells were crosslinked by formaldehyde followed by sonication and the lysates were clarified and protein-DNA complexes were isolated with indicated antibody. Then the DNA was purified for subsquential processes. Libraries were prepared according to NEB's instructions accompanying the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit (E7103S) and NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for Illumina (E7335S).
