Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Antibodies include: H3K27me3 (Abcam ab 6002), H3K27ac (Abcam ab 4729), NFκB (Cell signaling 8242), RNA Pol II phospho Ser2 (Bethyl, A300-654A) ChIP-seq libraries were prepared from immunoprecipitated chromatin solutions and input DNA using the ThruPLEX® DNA-seq Kit V2 (Rubicon Genomics, Ann Arbor, MI).
