Cells were crosslinked using 1% formaldehyde for 20 minutes. Subsequently, fixed cells were lysed, sheared and subjected to immunoprecipitation with respective antibodies. The immunocomplexes were captured and the DNA extraction was done using phenol/chloroform/isoamyl. ChIP-seq libraries were constructed using the KAPA HyperPrep kit according to the manufacturer's manual.
