Cells were crosslinked with formaldehyde and nuclear chormatin fractions were separted and immunoprecipitated with ERβ anitboides. Magnetic beads were used to pull down the immunoprecipitated DNA and separted by column preparation. The libraries of ChIP DNA were prepared by using the kit NEB Next Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina following user instrcutions
