Cells were fixated, lyzed and nuclei were sonicated. Sonicated nuclei were mixed with protein G magnetic dynabeads coupled to target antibbody. Libraries were prepared for sequencing using a method developed at Dr. Ido Amit's lab, Weizmann Institute of Science
