Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei. ARP-tagged DNA was isolated with Streptavidin and DNA-protein complexes were isolated with antibody. The library was made using New England Biolabs NEB Next Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit. High-throughput sequencing was conducted at the UNMC Sequencing Core, using an Illumina HiSeq 2500 Genome Analyzer.
