Chromatin Immunprecipitation were carried using the published protocol (Tardar et al., 2010). Briefly, chromatin were extracted from P20 mouse testicular cells, sonicated for 40 cycles, set for overnight antibody binding at 4 degrees. The dynabeads were added the next day and washes were given with multiple wash buffers. DNA were extracted from the elute fractions using the phenol-choloroform method. The input and ChIP DNA libraries were prepared using the NEBNext Ultra II DNA library preparation kit.
