Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and ChIP-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. After reverse-crosslinking, input and ChIP DNA were purified by phenol:chloroform extraction. Sequencing libraries were prepared starting from ~30ng of input or ChIP DNA with NEBNext Multiplex Oligos for Illumina kit.
