Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and protein-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. ChIP sequencing libraries (100 ng DNA per sample) were constructed using the KAPA HyperPrep Kit (Roche, #KK8504) with Illumina TruSeq indexes. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NextSeq 500 to generate 75-bp single-end reads.
