FACS purified cells were counted and inspected by hemocytometer before input to the 10X chromium nuclei preparation pipeline. Nuclei were lysed for five minutes according to 10x standard protocol and subjected to the transposition reaction followed by library preparation pipeline and subsequent NGS. Chromium Single Cell ATAC Reagent Kits User Guide (10x Genomics; CG000168 Rev B). 2 x 75 PE kit to produce 2 X 50 reads.
