ChIP assays were performed on powdered tibialis anterior muscle using ChIP-IT High Sensitivity (53040, Active motif, USA) according to the manufacturer's instructions. ChIP-seq libraries were constructed using the Kapa Hyper Prep Kit (KK8500, Roche).
