MeSH Description
A subset of helper-inducer T-lymphocytes which synthesize and secrete INTERLEUKIN-2; INTERFERON-GAMMA; and INTERLEUKIN-12. Due to their ability to kill antigen-presenting cells and their lymphokine-mediated effector activity, Th1 cells are associated with vigorous delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions.

library_construction_protocol
ChIP assay was performed as described in Oestreich et al. 2014 and Chisolm et al. 2019. Library construction was performed by Genewiz, and samples were subjected to sequencing with paired-end 150bp reads, with the exception of the conventional and germ-free CD8+ Tc1 Rep 1, which was sequenced with single-end 50bp reads.
