Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Total DNA fragments were purified and then amplified to generate libraries using the VATHS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Vazyme ND604) and sequenced by Illumina Hiseq X Ten.
