Whole cell lysates were sonicated and incubated with H3K27me3 antibody overnight (EMD Millipore 07-449) for immunoprecipitation. ThruPLEX DNA-seq Kit (Rubicon Genomics) was used to prepare libraries, and 150 bp paired-end reads were sequenced on an NovoSeq S4 instrument.
