Lin-cKIT+Sca-1- myeloid progenitor cells were isolated from the BM of experimental mice by fluorescence activated cell sorting and ATAC-seq was performed as previously published (Buenrostro, 2015) Chromatin was tagmented, then adapters ligated and library amplified with KAPA polymerase (KAPA biosystems)
