Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Immunoprecipitated DNA was extracted using QIAquick PCR Purification Kit (Qiagen) and DNA quality was assessed on 2100 Bioanalyzer. Following PCR amplification and size selection (100-300 bp), libraries were sequenced on HiSeq4000.
