Cells were chemically cross-linked by 1% formaldehyde. Samples were sonicated and protein-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared according to instructions accompanying the NEBNext Ultra II Library Prep Kit for Illuina (Part# E7645S). Indexed libraries were validated for quality and size distribution using a TapeStation 2200 (Agilent). Paired end sequencing (38 bp+37 bp) was performed on a NextSeq 550 following the manufacturer's protocol.
