Cell ysates were prepared from sonicated TGCs, and ATF7-DNA complexes were isolated by ATF7 antibody. ChIP-seq libraries were prepared by the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit (New England Biolabs), and sequenced on Illumina Nextseq (36-bp paired end).
