Chromatin were sonicated and protein-DNA complexes were isolated with indicated antibody. Starting from 10-20ng of ChIP-DNA, the following library preparation steps are performed for each sample: end-repair, a-tailing, adapter ligation, gel purification and a final PCR enrichment. After quality control of the sequencing library on an Agilent Bioanalyzer and quanrtification of the final library on a Qubit, we proceeded with cluster generation and sequencing.
