Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared using NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Preparation kits (NEB) according to the manufacturer's instructions. Quality of the library and concentration were determined by Bioanlayzer using the High Sensitivity chip (Agilent) and qPCR-based quantification (NEBNext Library Quant Kit), respectively.
