Lysates were sonicated using a Bioruptor® Pico (Diagenode). ChIP was performed with 2µg of a rabbit polyclonal anti-MYC antibody (prepared in-house) incubated with samples overnight at 4ºC. Samples were subsequently washed and de-crosslinked prior to purification using a Qiaquick PCR purification kit (Qiagen) and library preparation.
