cells were lysate in lysis buffer (0.1% Igepal, Sigma, CA-630; 10mM Trsi-HCl pH7.4; 10mM NaCl; 3mM MgCl2) before ATAC-seq reaction, which was done as described before (Ernst et al., 2011) Libraries were done using Nextera DNA sample kit (Illumina, 15028212)
