ChIP was performed using Cell Signaling SimpleChIP Plus Sonication Kit and Smad4 antibody (Cell Signaling 46535). TruSeq ChIP Library Preparation Kit (Illumina IP-202-1012) 10 ng starting material was used for library prep. DNA quantity was measured using Qubit DNA HS kit (Thermo 32851). Libraries were sequenced using NextSeq 500 High Output v2 kit. Library quality and quantity was assessed using Agilent DNA 1000 chip (Agilent 5067-1504) and Qubit DNA HS kit respectively
