Cells were crosslinked with formaldehyde and then sonicated. DNA were immunoprecipitatted with ARC19 antibody and protein A/G beads. After reverse crosslinking, DNA were purifed with Qiagen PCR purification kit. Libraries construction was performed using ThruPLEX DNA-seq 48D Kit (Rubicon Genomics)
