Liver were perfused and hepatocytes were isolated and lysed. Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and Histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Purified ChIP DNA was used to prepare sequencing libraries via NEBNext Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit for the Illumina (E7370).
