Approximately 5 million cells were used per IP reaction. The cells were fixed using 1.1% formaldehyde. iDeal ChIP-seq Kit for Transcription Factors (Diagenode) was used for chromatin shearing and all the subsequent steps of ChIP-seq library preparation Library preparation was done following standard Bioo Scientific protocol and NEXTflex® qRNA-Seq™ Kit v2 (Bioo Scientific). Libraries were sequnced using single end sequencing length of a 75 nucleotides on a HiSeq400 machine (Illumina).
