Cells were fixed by 1% final concentration formaldehyde,and lysed using lysis buffer.Then lysis were sonicated and added DPF2 antibody(Abcam 134942) to supernatant. Next day, beads were added to lysis and washed by lysis buffer, high salt lysis buffer, Tris-LiCl buffer and Tris-EDTA buffer.Beads were reversed cross-link in 65℃ overnight.The last day, DNA was purificated with phenol chloroform method. 5μg DNA were used to construct the library with NEBNext Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (E7645s)
