DNA were transposed by using transposase Tn5 followed by purification using Qiagen MinElute PCR purification kit. Transposed DNA fragments were amplified by PCR with custom Nextera PCR primers contains barcode, followed by purification using Qiagen MinElute PCR purification kit.
