Mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages were lysed with the following lysis buffer (10mM Tris-HCl pH7.4, 10mM NaCl, 3mM MgCl2, 0.1% IGEPAL). After lysis, nuclei were subjected to tagmentation. Nextera DNA Library Prep Kit was used for library generation according to manufacturer's protocol (Illumina).
