Splenic dendritic cells were sorted as described in the manuscript. Cells were washed with PBS and immediately processed as previously described (Buenostro et al, 2015, PMC4374986) Libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols and HiSeq SBS v4 Kit.
