Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared using the MicroPlex Library Preparation kit v2 (Diagenode, Cat #C05010013) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Libraries were sequenced on the on an Illumina HiSeq-2500 using single-end sequencing and a read length of 50bp.
