Livers were crosslinked in situ with 1% formaldehyde for 5 min at RT based on Chaya and Zaret (2003) protocol. Chromatin was isolated using NEXON protocol (Arrigoni et al., 2015). ChIP-seq libraries prepared according to Illumina protocols.
