T cells were crosslinked with 2% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for 10 min and sonicated to generate fragmented genomic DNA. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed using the following antibodies: anti-H3K27me3 (Millipore). For sequencing of immunoprecipitated DNA, DNA fragments were blunt-end ligated to Illumina adaptors, amplified, and sequenced by using the HiSeq 2000 platform (Illumina).
