MeSH Description
The part of CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM that is contained within the skull (CRANIUM). Arising from the NEURAL TUBE, the embryonic brain is comprised of three major parts including PROSENCEPHALON (the forebrain); MESENCEPHALON (the midbrain); and RHOMBENCEPHALON (the hindbrain). The developed brain consists of CEREBRUM; CEREBELLUM; and other structures in the BRAIN STEM.

ChIP-seq was performed on cross-linked adult mouse forebrain following established protocols using Chd8 antibody (ab114126; Abcam). Two biological replicates were generated with matched input control libraries generated and sequenced alongside IP libraries. Libraries were prepped using the NuGen Ovation Ultralow Library System V2, and pooled and single end 50 sequenced on one lane of a HiSeq 4000.
