RNA was isolated using TRIZOL from whole tissue. Chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed from fixed neuronal nuclei sorted by FACS. Libraries for ChIP-Seq were prepared using NEBNext Ultra DANN Library Preparation Kit for Illumina. Libraries for RNA-Seq were prepared using Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation v2 Kit.
