Cells were collected and seperated from feeders by pre-plating. Crosslinked and sonicated chromatin was immunoprecipitated with H3K4me2 or CTCF antibodies. CTCF ChIP-Seq libraries were constructed using the Illumina TruSeq ChIP Library Preparation Kit; H3K4me2 ChIPm-Seq libraries were generated using the Illumina Nextera DNA Library Prep Kit.
