Cells were crosslinked for 10 min with 1% formaldehyde and quenched with 125 mM glycine for 5 min. Cells were then washed with PBS, pelleted, flash frozen and stored at -80°C. Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and transcriptional coregulators-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Library were prepared using Illumina TruSeq DNA v1 adaptors. High-throughput sequencing were performed on the Illumina HiSeq 2000 SR50, at the McGill University and Génome Québec Innovation Centre (MUGQIC), Montréal, Canada.
