Gastric glands were isolated from mouse antrum as described (Barker et al., 2010) and cross-linked with 1% formaldehyde for 10 min at room temperature. Chromatin fractions were sheared by sonication. ChIP-enriched and input DNA were purified and genomic libraries were prepared as described (Sulahian et al., 2014), using four micrograms of goat anti-SOX2 (AF2018, R&D). Genomic libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
