Cells were crosslinked and DNA sheared and processed for ChIP sequencing acording to standard protocols Library preparation was done using Swift's Biosciences Accel-NGS 2S Plus Library Kits for Illumina platforms. 10 ng of DNA was used for library preparation and kit's protocol was followed for a 200 base pair insert. An additional two sided bead clean up was done after the PCR step using SPRI beads with the formula .6X, then using the supernatant, 1.2x. The library was pooled to 1 nM and the sequenced on a NextSeq 500 using the standard loading protocol.
