Cells were fixed with 1% formaldehyde for 12 minutes. After quenching with 125 M glycine and cell lysis, chromatin was sonicated using a E220 focused-ultrasonicator (Covaris). The sequencing libraries were prepared using NEBNext Ultra II DNA kit (#E7645S)
