ChIP (Chromatin Immunoprecipitation) was performed as previously described (Najafabadi et al., Nat. Biotechnol. (2015)). Briefly, ~20 million N2A cells were crosslinked in 1% formaldehyde. Following sonication of DNA fragments, Nacc1 was immunoprecipitated from the lysate with 4ug of Nacc1 antibody (ab29047) followed by crosslink reversal and DNA precipitation. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
