Chromatin extraction, H3K27me3 enrichemnt and sequencing performed by Active Motif. Chromatin was extracted from relevant tissue sample and sheared to produce mono-, di- and tri-mer length fragments of chromatin. Crosslinked, sheared gDNA was enriched using Anti H3K27me3 (active motif). Following decrosslinking, DNA libraries were prepared for sequencing on Illumina Hiseq. Libraries were constructed following Illumina protocols and run by Active Motif
