Lysates were clarified from sonicated nuclei and Brg1-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. DNA libraries were prepared with the NEBNext® Ultra DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Libraries were quantified with Qubit dsDNA HS Assay Kit (Invitrogen) and KAPA Library Quantification Kit for Illumina, and then sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq 500 instrument.
