ChIP was performed with SimpleChIP Enzymatic Chromatin IP Kit according to the manufacturer's protocol and 7 μg of chromatin was immunoprecipitated with 5 μg of HA antibody. We isolated MEFs from our gain of function model and three independent ChIp-Seq samples were generated from non-induced and induced MEFs. Chromatin was immunoprecipitated with an HA antibody and ChIP-Seq libraries were sequenced using a HiSeq 2000 (Illumina).
