Lysates from fixed HL-60 (18 milions cells) were clarified for nuclei, then chromatin was sonicated and SUMO2/3-DNA complexes were isolated with SUMO2/3 antibody (2µg per IP). Three biological replicates were performed and pooled for sequencing. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions TruSeq®ChIP Sample Preparation (Illumina)
