Resuspended CUT&RUN fragments were prepared for next generation sequencing using the NEBNext® Ultra™ II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina® and NEBNext® Multiplex Oligos for Illumina® (Dual Index Primers Set 1). Library preparation was performed using 15 cycles of amplification PCR. Size selection was performed using ProNex beads (Promega #NG2001) to collect library fragments ~150bp to ~750bp.
