Cultured cells were lysated by ultrasonication. Using Agarose ChIP assay kit (Pierce Biotechnology, 25156), Chromatin complexes were immunoprecipitated isolated with AhR specific antibody (Cell signaling technology, #83200). Libraries were constructed (TruSeq ChIP Library Preparation Kit, Illumina). Paired end reads were sequenced with a length of 151 bp using an Illumina instrument and sequence quality was confirmed by FASTQC (version 0.11.7). Adaptor sequences were removed by Trimmomatic (Ver. 0.38) (Bolger et al, 2014), and low quality base (lower than three) were trimmed from the reads.
